ABOUT JASON - Vegan Fitness & Nutrition Coach Australia

I struggled with my weight and self-esteem throughout most of my childhood and teenage years. Going through my own journey inspired me to pursue a career in the fitness industry.
It all started back in 2003, right before heading to high school. I lost a significant amount of weight by changing my diet and doing extra cardio on top of my football training and matches.
Towards the end of my final year in 2008, I started going to the gym. Despite the increased exercise, I gained a lot of body fat over the next few years.
By late 2011, just before turning 20, I finally got serious about it. I used an overseas holiday as motivation and lost 19kg.
Fitness and health has since remained a real priority and always will be. Now, I'm here to help you achieve your goals!
VEGAN FITNESS COACH
I've been living a vegan lifestyle since 2020. I switched to a 100% plant-based diet after realising how animals are exploited for human consumption. I found that I could still easily get enough protein from plants. These changes brought me many health benefits, including improved energy levels, faster recovery, and better digestion. This allowed me to take my own fitness to a new level. Conscious eating became a regular habit in my daily life along with strength training, sports, and cardio.

If the consumption of animal products isn't needed for survival, or even optimal health, it really isnβt necessary for sentient beings to be abused and exploited for human pleasure, convenience, and tradition.
